These powers come from powerful artifacts, weapons, armor, equipment, or tools that were crafted by powerful entities or by the individual themselves.
Because of this, the power is limited to when the individual has access to the items. The trade-off is that they are often very powerful because of it.

Consumables: Item
These powers often come from the use of single-/limited-use items like potions, bombs, or scrolls.
Because of this, they typically have a wider variety of tools at their disposal to cover all manner of situations, however at the cost of needing to constantly resupply themselves after their use.

Augmentation: Item
These powers come from changes to their bodies from advancements in technology (of any level), or are biological, both of which may be temporary, permanent, and upgradeable.
These changes make then stand out from standard members of their own race, and require maintenance otherwise they will degrade over time. Biological changes that degrade slowly return to normal.
