Employee Profile
Overview
Each Employee at OETH has an associated profile that contains the following sections of information whick make up the significant portions of the Employee's profile.
Identification
This information is used to uniquely identify the Employee beyond just their ID number. These details will be present in summation on the Employee's ID badge, used in conjuction with certain types of OETH statistical reports, and may be relevant for certain field assignments.
Agent Classification
The section contains the Employee's classification as an Agent, and the details of that classification. This section is most important for guiding the Employee's career path and development.
It is mostly used by OETH Mission Deployment for determining which teams and field assignments that the Employee is best suited for.
Background and Personality
These details are more important for interpersonal relationships between Employees, and will only likely be used by the Relations department to help with conflict resolution.
However, these details should not be ignored, and it is helpful if they are kept up to date by the Employee throughout their career as they develop.
