Vulnerabilities

As the employee has been writing up their ID forms, they will likely already have made some observations about themselves which can be considered a disadvantage, or negative evolutionary trait which usually was a tradeoff made somewhere in their lineage which resulted in some advantage in another area.

Vulnerabilities are just more of those kinds of traits and evolutionary tradeoffs that an employee may have, except they are typically not so innately tied to some other evolutionary path or advantage.
