Introduction
This is a generalization of how most others perceive a Employee's appearance based on a variety of factors including physical appearance, natural musk or fragrance, vocal tone and pitch, social dress, etc.
It is also possible to change one's appearance through various means, and this is not a measure of how a particular individual may appear, but rather the average appearance that one might expect to see.
Drawbacks
Attractive
Negative Social Interactions: Reaction, Intimidation, etc
Attractive or better characters take an additional -1 bonus to their checks for each level of appearance less than average.
Unattractive
Positive Social Interactions: Reaction, Persuasion, bartering etc
Unattractive or worse characters take an additional -1 penalty to their checks for each level of appearance less than average.
Restricted Social Access
Certain events or locations may be restricted to those below a certain appearance threshold.
Benefits

Attractive or better characters take an additional +1 bonus to their checks for each level of appearance greater than average.
Greater Social Access
It may be easier to gain access to, or be completely unrestrcted for people above a certtain appearance threshold to attend events.
Unattractive

Unnattractive or worse characters take an additional +1 bonus to their checks for each level of appearance less than average.
