Psionic Abilities
The kinetic abilities come in a variety of forms, each with its own unique strengths and weaknesses. Each ability has four levels of ability: dull, average, bright, and heightened.
rest periods kick in if the creature loses concentration after they start using the ability.
Telethesia
Telethesia is the sister ability to the sixth sense of telepathy.
- "tele-" for "distant"
- "thesis" meaning "placing" or "positioning"
It enables an individual to manipulate the minds of others, influencing thoughts, and sensory experiences. Cannot impart emotions, except as they can be conveyed through sensory information or thoughts. this ability cannot sense thoughts or sensory information from others.
